Any food allergies known to aggravate OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) in children?
Try getting your hands on a book called “Friendly Food”. I know it is available in Australia – not sure about overseas. It is put out by the RPA hospital in Australia (about A$30) and has lots of information about foods that people may be sensitive to (not necessarily allergic). It has lists where if you find you react to a & b, then check out c,d & e as well. It can be handy before trying new food.
